Cancellation Policy

To formalize a booking it is necessary to make a deposit, transfer or similar for 30% of the amount of the retreat

This deposit is 100% refundable without prior justification up to 20 days before the arrival of the retreat.

Within the last 20 days there is no refund possible under any circumstances.

In medically justified cases that affect the person who hires the retreat or 1st degree relatives, we offer the possibility of attending the retreat within 6 months of the planned date of arrival, under the same conditions of accommodation, duration, reserving the right not to accept changes when the period chosen is not similar to the original contracted.

When you formalize the booking, you expressly accept these cancellation conditions.

Due to the unusual situation generated by the spread of COVID19 , being sensitive and flexible with all the people affected in one way or another, we want to extend the cancellation conditions to make it easier for you not to lose the money that has already been paid and to enjoy your retirement some other time this year 2020 or the next 2021 in the same conditions of duration and accommodation that you originally contracted.

We sincerely hope that this will be of help to you and that you will be able to enjoy your retirement when everything has calmed down. We do not want to take advantage of this unpleasant and unexpected situation for everyone.
