Wellcome to Be Mindful Yoga, a space from the heart to the heart.
Be mindfulyoga is a project that begins to take shape as an idea in 2012 and emerges from the very center of the heart in January 2018, at the service of the heart, linked from its origin to the present day to meditation and yoga as a way of life, of relating to what happens to us daily. The essence of the project has been built through magical and beautiful stories of love and life, intertwined beyond time and distance between the different protagonists that have given rise to the current configuration of the same.

We are a meditation and yoga retreat house. We live here and this is our home, which we open with all our heart to people who like you want to deepen or start in the mindfulness and yoga, as a way of living and relating with the environment, with others and mainly with ourselves.
Our home is a space especially cared for, energetically sustained by the personal commitment that we maintain with our own daily and constant personal practice, as a way of life, as a tool for awareness, for overcoming difficulties and for the transformation that it has meant for us ourselves.
We understand that meditation is to cultivate the capacity that each one has to establish himself in that inner point of balance and from there to flow in whatever we need to do, with whatever circumstance that happens to us, whether it is pleasant or not.
We understand that Yoga is the search for harmony in everything we do, through the point of inner balance, that is from our center and essence.
