Change is not only possible, but it is an inalienable right of every Human Being. The ability to adapt to change is one of the best qualities we have as a race.
Meditation understood as a way of life, as a proactive attitude of wanting to be present is the way we have personally proven that it places us in that space where I am conscious and can take control of my reactions, transforming them into conscious actions and therefore, free from the prison of "it's just the way I am so I can't change".
Mindfulness is the sum of different formal and informal attention practices, with which we become aware of all the facets of the present experience, in a complete way without judgment. It is a state of attention and connection with the present moment as it is, where you can Be conscious and perceive with clarity thoughts and emotions, physical sensations and circumstances that surround you in the moment they are happening, creating the micro space of time sufficient and necessary to receive all that with love and awareness, without reacting in an automatic and unconscious way as you are used to, in order to be able to offer conscious answers, more satisfactory and in accordance with what you really feel in the depths of your heart. This allows you to open new spaces from which you can respond with more freedom and less fear, from which you can begin to be happy with yourself and your circumstances, whatever they may be.
