Enter your text here...Meditation and yoga come into my life without warning, without having asked for it, becoming a before and after moment in which nothing was what it was.
Now I am almost 50 but my process of change begins several years before meditation and yoga appears, around the age of 30 about to be dad, being that a turning point in which I take a strong determination "I want to be happy" and I did not want to pass my miseries to my children, but I wanted it as a projection in the future, without knowing very well how or what to do "that" of being happy.
The arrival of meditation and yoga is silent, progressive, unstoppable and accompanied by many small changes and adjustments in my life.I do a 9 months continuous training of Hatha Yoga experience and daily practice in the "Asociación Sirio" of Caudiel (Castellón). I also receive, on my own path of personal change, tools such as Mindfulness meditation, doing a two-year semi-presential training as a Mindfulness Consultant at the "Escuela Española de Desarrollo Transpersonal" based in Madrid, a module of specialization in "Mindfulness Transpersonal Education", being these two trainings endorsed and accredited by the "Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.
I have attended two complete 12-day retreats of Vipassana Meditation at the "Dhamma Neru" Private Vipassana Foundation based in Palau Tordera (Barcelona)...and so each day and little by little a continuous trickle of small changes and transformations in myself, in my life and my circumstances with which I manage to turn the sock of my existence upside down.
I come from a very emotionally convulsed past with different addictions (food, tobacco, work, drugs ...) and I can say from my experience that the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness, as a way of relating to life, changed completely mine and placed me "here and now" from where I can be happy and I really started to be. It has become for me and from my experience a 100% effective method to eradicate my suffering.
I offer you to share my experience in this path of conscious practice and liberation that is Hatha Yoga combined with meditation techniques in full attention "Mindfulness", I offer you from the heart to make yours what serves you and is useful.
